Saturday Online Dharma Discussion
In view of the current pandemic we are in, we hope that we will continue to learn the Dharma to help us grow stronger everyday. The topics include Managing emotions, finding happiness, gratitude, giving, stress relief, ways to cultivate patience and so on. The first session will start on Saturday 5/9/2020.
Day and Time: Saturday 2:00-3:00pm
The structure of our discussion:
1. Online Meditation – 2:00 to 2:10pm
2. Dharma sharing – 2:10 to 2:55pm
3. Dedication of merit with prayer – 2:55-3:00pm
