Description: The class begins with guided meditation, with walking meditation and stretches before the sitting meditation. Then, the class will continue with the “Behind the Scenes” introduction to the temple, in-depth temple tour as we go into the details of the altar, life at the temple, Dharma instruments used during chanting, Buddhist etiquette, and Buddhist symbolism.
