In Buddhism, the Medicine Buddha is revered as the Buddha of healing and medicine, the doctor who cures suffering (dukkha) using the medicine of his teachings. But in truth, every Buddha is a “Medicine Buddha”, because they are all “Great Lord of healing” (大醫王), who understands the sickness of sentient beings and are able to provide true cure for this sickness! Let us explore the healing properties of the Dharma, that lead us toward a future of good health!
The program includes a short silence meditation, followed by a special Dharma Talk on “Buddhism, Medicine & Health” by Venerable Hui Ze of the Department of Social

Moon Cake Festival), we will have an outdoor event “Under The Moon: Meditation & Cultural Appreciation on Saturday, 9/10/2022 with live music, cultural appreciation with moon cake & Chinese tea, and ending with meditation and prayers. You are welcome to bring along your whole family, including your fur babies 🙂
