Biography of our yoga instructor:
Ms. Athena Lin, focuses on hatha yoga practice and received her training at Deep Yoga School of Healing Arts in San Diego under the tutelage of Bhava Ram and Laura Plumb. She received certifications in both Yoga Instruction and Yoga Therapy.
