A 5-week yoga session with Athena. It is a 60 minutes comfortable full-body stretch and strengthening class, where we will incorporate breath to movement. The gentle flow will allow you to connect with your breath, let go of any tension in your body, and honestly calm your mind.

Date: Saturdays
Term 1: 8/26, 9/2, 9/9, 9/16, 9/23 (5 sessions)
Term 2: 11/4, 11/11, 11/18, 12/2, 12/9 (5 sessions)
Time: 11:00am-12:00pm
Venue: Buddha’s Light Bookstore (4538, Park Blvd., San Diego, CA 92116.)
