A special 4-week yoga session with Yao. This class is focused on gentle vinyasa flow and is excellent for beginners or anyone who wants lighthearted practice with a flow of body movement. It is a 60 minutes comfortable full-body stretch and strengthening class, where we will incorporate breath to movement. The gentle flow will allow you to connect with your breath, let go of any tension in your body, and honestly calm your mind.
Date: Saturdays, 10/1 ~ 10/29/2022 (No class on 10/22/2022)
Time: 10:00-11:00am
Venue: Trolley Barn Park, 1943 Adams Ave, San Diego, CA 92116.
About the Instructor:
Yao started practicing yoga while he was working as a project manager six years ago through which he established his physical alignment. Yao enrolled in a one-month Yoga teacher training in Maui, where he deeply connected with himself and nature. That’s when he realized he’s disillusioned by the corporate lifestyle and resigned from his ‘dream job’ to chase his spirituality and Buddhism. Yao started teaching professionally immediately after receiving the RYS 200 Hours certificate and has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, restorative yoga, and guided meditation since then. Yao believes that sharing is actual teaching, and learning is mutual.
