A family mindful fun day is a great way to bond with your loved ones while also incorporating mindfulness practices into your daily routine. To celebrate the Earth Day, Hsi Fang Temple has arranged mindfulness activities for your whole family to participate, including raising the awareness of love and care to our mother earth.
Program details:
2:00-2:10pm Check-in
2:10-2:50pm Outdoor with nature
3:00-4:00pm Hands-On and learn more about recycling and organic waste recycling (Sponsored by City of San Diego, Environmental Service Department)

Under the Moon: Meet & Connect with UH Family
We’re celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival, a time for families to gather and eat mooncakes under the brightness of the full moon! We’d like to invite our family, everyone within and beyond the University Heights community, to join us for an outdoor event where we can meet and connect with each other over serene live music, delicious mooncakes & Chinese tea! Our family is the heart of our lives, so we’ll appreciate it by grounding ourselves through meditation and then end our evening together with a heartfelt prayer for our family and a peaceful community.
Please remember to invite your extended family members such as your employees, co-workers, volunteers, neighborhood friends, fur babies, and more!
